We are delighted to announce our upcoming VQ Discovery season. The chosen repertoires for VQ Discovery 23/24 Seasons are Beethoven Op127 (Nov/Dec), Haydn Emperor (Feb/March) and Bartok no.6 ( May/June).
We are very excited about this, and looking forward to seeing many of you on the course!
Beethoven op.127 – This is very difficult music to get to grips with, and can seem almost overwhelming at first, but by slowly and patiently examining it from different perspectives we can begin to comprehend it, and gain a much richer enjoyment of it. This is the main objective of VQ Discovery.
Haydn”Emperor” – Join us as we unravel the secrets of this extraordinary piece – deepen your understanding of what it means to play Haydn quartets, thus improving your chamber skills and overall musicianship.
Bartok no.6 – Join us as we delve into the rich and ingenious music of Bartok. On our course you will gain a great number of insights, tips and tricks to help you in your musical journey through this music which is highly challenging both musically and technically.
